Senior Systems Engineer - Azure Cloud

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking - 4-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, or cloud computing - Experience with system administration - Proven ability to design and document processes and procedures - Experience leading operational hand-offs - Significant experience supporting cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure - Strong business acumen regarding cloud architecture strategy, cost management, security, and compliance - Proficient in solving complex problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially with senior leadership - Ability to assist team members in making informed decisions aligned with strategic plans - Skilled at understanding business partner requests and formulating strategies - Capable of influencing stakeholders across the organization - Experience adhering to project management principles - Proficient in delivering financial impact analyses and cost optimization assessments - Expertise in monitoring tools and making informed decisions regarding monitoring settings - Capability in developing white papers and delivering presentations as necessary - Competence in applying security solutions against current requirements and trends - Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell or Ansible
