Senior Software Engineer - Boomi

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience - 5-8 years of relevant experience developing solutions using Boomi, or 9-12 years of a mix of education and experience - Proven ability to lead small to medium-sized teams in software delivery - Strong software development skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines - Excellent teamwork capabilities and self-motivation in a dynamic environment - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, translated into laymans terms - Proficient in Operating Systems such as Windows, Solaris, or Linux, and cloud platforms like Azure, Amazon, or Google - Solid grasp of advanced programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms - Mastery of 2-3 programming languages/frameworks with an understanding of functional programming - Expertise in database management, including views, stored procedures, and indexing techniques - Comprehensive understanding of major APIs and experience designing new APIs from end to end - Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to perform independently on analysis and support tasks - Full-stack development experience with a collaborative approach to teamwork - Subject Matter Expertise in a critical area related to the role - Skills in transforming requirements into solutions and assisting in project planning - Proficient in Agile development practices and familiar with tools such as ADO, JIRA, GitHub, and Cloud technologies - Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and data tools (Kafka, Snowflake, AI/ML)
