Requirements
Must:
- I require you to hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking, along with 4 to 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, or disaster recovery. Alternatively, I will consider candidates with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
- You must have experience in system administration, as well as the ability to design and document processes and procedures effectively.
- Itβs essential that you have a maintained background in automation development and implementation, with proven expertise in UiPath (including Orchestrator), Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows), and PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
- You should possess strong problem-solving capabilities and demonstrate your ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal forms.
- Building and maintaining relationships is key, so I look for strong teamwork skills and an ability to influence others at different levels.
- Proficiency in project management principles and financial impact analysis will be critical.
- You should be comfortable using monitoring tools and understand cloud technologies and security basics. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell or Ansible is also advantageous.

Responsibilities
- As part of my team, you will design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions utilizing UiPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- I expect you to collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint automation opportunities and convert them into technical requirements.
- Maintaining and optimizing existing automation workflows for scalability and performance will be part of your role.
- You will ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices during the course of automation development and take on the responsibility of mentoring junior automation developers.
- Documenting automation processes and maintaining version control will also fall under your purview.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting automation issues to minimize downtime will be essential.
- I will need you to lead discussions with business partners and vendors, consult with leadership and end users to identify system requirements, and write system specifications and implementation plans.
- Your contributions will include ensuring technology relevance and compliance with methodologies, standards, and policies while driving innovation to address business challenges.
