Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role or a similar capacity
- Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and adjust swiftly to changing conditions
- Experience working alongside engineering and design teams
Responsibilities
- Direct product strategy, development of roadmaps, and execution within designated product areas
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to uncover opportunities
- Convert business needs into precise product requirements and user stories
- Partner with engineering and design teams to guarantee timely and high-quality product launches
- Evaluate product performance, customer feedback, and data insights to guide enhancements
- Provide updates, schedules, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives are achieved
Description
