Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - BE/B Tech/MCA (Master of Computer Applications). - Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. - Familiarity with Salesforce administration, data modeling, and ETL processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. - Outstanding communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable. - Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States. - Experience with third-party integrations and API development. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong programming skills, including experience with databases such as SQL and SOQL. - Basic knowledge of DevOps best practices, including CI/CD tools and version control (GIT).

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce applications and solutions based on business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Write efficient and reusable code while maintaining documentation for all development processes. - Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure applications functionality and reliability. - Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations and customizations, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and workflows. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, assessing their impact on current systems and processes. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, addressing issues and implementing necessary enhancements. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and offer support for effective utilization of Salesforce solutions.
