Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred)
- Over 5 years of experience in IT, cloud architecture, or software development
- More than 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure AI and Machine Learning services
- Strong grasp of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C#, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and cloud security best practices
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications like Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning
- Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Copilot across M365, Power Platform, and Dynamics
- Create secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI architectures aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to pinpoint and implement AI use cases
- Construct and manage data pipelines that support AI and ML operations
- Ensure compliance of AI solutions with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and share best practices
- Monitor the performance of AI models and continually optimize solutions
- Stay updated on advancements in Microsoft AI technologies and industry trends
