Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field - CBAP designation is an asset - 2–4 years of experience in business analytics, engineering analytics, or commercial reporting - Familiarity with operational, project, or sales data - Understanding of KPI governance and structured performance reporting - Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot experience is a plus) - Knowledge of Power BI - Experience with HubSpot CRM - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) - Proficient in SQL querying and data manipulation - Experience with APIs/connectors (Linking HubSpot to Power BI) - Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure tools is considered an asset - Relevant experience in applying AI tools within reporting workflows - Strong analytical and statistical reasoning skills - Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity - Ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences - Solid problem-solving capabilities, including variance analysis and root cause investigation - Collaborative across various functions - Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

- Craft and sustain dashboards to track engineering and drafting metrics - Oversee milestone performance relative to baseline schedules - Evaluate hours spent against budget by activity and product group - Perform department loading and capacity assessments - Provide variance analysis and insights into root causes - Investigate rework factors and time-sheet accuracy - Assess revenue performance by product line, region, and sales channel - Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline speed, and average deal value - Create performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - Aid in sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota determination - Sustain and enhance leadership dashboards - Ensure CRM data quality and governance - Track opportunity flow and health of the sales pipeline - Implement data quality checks and automate reporting of exceptions - Define KPIs, establish refresh cycles, and ensure ownership - Utilize Microsoft Copilot and Power BI AI features alongside AI-assisted Excel - Develop automated summaries explaining changes and their significance - Validate AI-generated insights through sound business judgment - Prepare the Monthly Sales Report for senior leadership - Provide tailored analysis for Engineering and Commercial management - Identify risks, variances, and emerging growth opportunities
