Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience (experience with agencies or client-facing roles is advantageous).
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with component-based frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and core UX principles.
- Experience with CMS platforms, headless architecture, and API-driven workflows.
- Comfortable using Git and modern development practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A mindset focused on continuous learning, as web technologies are ever-evolving.
Responsibilities
- Convert designs and concepts into engaging, high-performing user interfaces for various client accounts.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain user-facing components for websites and web applications using contemporary web technologies.
- Ensure each digital experience adheres to regulatory standards, is responsive, accessible, compatible across browsers, and future-proof.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, improvements, and quality assurance with a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service.
- Identify and resolve front-end issues proactively.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to produce results that not only meet expectations and deadlines but also impress.

We are on the lookout for a Frontend Developer who excels in translating wireframes into functioning user experiences. This role involves crafting our client-facing websites and ensuring every interface operates intuitively and responsively within our proprietary CMS.
