Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- 5+ years of expertise in PowerApps and Power BI
- 5+ years of experience in workflow design and implementation
- 5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Active Directory/AAD, and PowerShell
- 5+ years of experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, and RSS
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level system architectures
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Build model-driven and canvas applications, and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance & Operations
- Create C# plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript form scripts to support intricate business logic
- Design Power Automate workflows and integrate solutions with external systems including Azure Functions, REST APIs, and SQL
- Architect Dataverse models and manage data migrations, ensuring data integrity and performance enhancement
- Configure role-based access and verify that all solutions comply with NIST, HIPAA, and CJIS security standards
- Oversee the entire Application Lifecycle Management process, including version control and deployment across Development, Testing, and Production environments

This role plays a vital part in modernizing public health systems and supporting our Office 365 Government G5 environment. This contract position operates on a hybrid schedule, with 4 days onsite in Cayce, SC, and 1 day remote after the first month.
