Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years in programming and designing large-scale web-based distributed systems
- 5 years of experience using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tools like Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Proficient in SQL scripting and relational database modeling
- Familiarity with structured system development methodologies
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage complex and detailed technical processes
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers by addressing their needs promptly
- Preferred experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT
- Desired experience in Data Warehousing
- Knowledge of the Cúram product is a plus
- Strong SQL skills are essential
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal business teams to gather requirements and produce new Medicaid reporting solutions
- Maintain and optimize existing reporting code based on business change requests
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving defects within the reporting backlog
- Engage with the Medicaid team to ensure all reporting solutions align with compliance and operational standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our reporting processes and tools

We are North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NCFAST), located in Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC. We seek a dedicated Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft Azure Synapse developer to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining Medicaid reporting solutions.
