Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Form Design, Automation, and Workflow management within E-Forms solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in System Administration for an E-Form system.
- A minimum of 3 years of expertise in working with Microsoft SQL Databases and Active Directory.
- Over 3 years of experience in Document Setup and Workflow integration into EDM systems and standard electronic document formats.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Document Import Processes.
- Preferred: Specific experience with OpenText LiquidOffice E-Forms.
- Preferred: Direct experience with OpenText ApplicationXtender.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design and automate sophisticated electronic forms.
- Integrate and streamline data collection processes.
- Manage internal approval workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the transition to a paperless environment is smooth and effective.
- Provide ongoing support and system administration for E-Form solutions.
Description
We are the State of South Carolina, committed to modernizing our agency operations. We offer a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work 3 days on-site in Cayce, SC, and 2 days remotely each week. Our team is dedicated to supporting a remote workforce, and we aim to create a paperless environment that fosters efficiency. Candidates must be current South Carolina residents or agree to relocate at their own expense prior to the start date.
