Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Previous consulting experience in an agile setting with a recognized strategy, consulting, or technology firm
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience leading project teams with excellent facilitation and data collection abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Analyze core business challenges to determine value areas and implement intricate technology solutions for clients
- Develop innovative offerings that align with market demands and technological advancements
- Provide strategic advisory services to senior management in support of tech-enabled business transformations
- Oversee and execute technology projects involving application development, integration, data migration, and testing for IT departments
- Collaborate with client personnel regularly to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities in their technology landscape
- Utilize Excelacoms national and international resources and expertise to propose new ideas to clients
- Assist clients in enhancing capabilities across business processes, personnel, and technology
- Formulate business cases and strategic roadmaps to inform investment choices
- Offer project and change management support for transformation initiatives, regardless of scale
- Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals and solutions to clients
