Responsibilities
- I will expect the Lead Software Developer to function as the technical lead on development projects, collaborating closely with management to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Guiding and mentoring developers is crucial in fostering professional advancement, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- The Lead will ensure compliance with established coding standards, architectural principles, and software development best practices.
- Participation in technical design sessions and peer code reviews will be essential to maintain quality and uniformity across deliverables.
- I will encourage collaboration with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define technical specifications, and convert business needs into scalable solutions.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving intricate technical challenges is a key component of this role.
- The Lead will support software releases and rollouts, along with production deployments to guarantee smooth implementation.
- Additionally, providing precise time and effort estimates for project planning and resource allocation will be required.
