Requirements

Must:
- 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree, or 10 years of experience in a pertinent field without a degree - 3 years of experience in creating cybersecurity awareness training materials - 1 year of experience in preparing communication and training content for annual events such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month - 5 years of experience crafting and presenting briefings and reports for senior leadership within a federal organization - 2 years of experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator, responsible for developing and managing content for a client organization - 2 years of experience in project schedule coordination and management - 1 year of experience engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders, including executive-level, technical personnel, and end users - Possession of a relevant training certification, such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), CompTIA CTT+, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD), or Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) - Must hold an Active DOD Secret clearance

Responsibilities

- Drive communication initiatives to support the Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program Strategy for our client - Implement the Cybersecurity Awareness and Training strategy effectively - Gather, assess, and create reports detailing training performance metrics and compliance status - Prepare briefings, reports, and policy updates for senior management - Address data calls and provide assistance with audit-related training documentation - Create materials for Cybersecurity Awareness Month and ongoing awareness campaigns - Conduct research to enhance cybersecurity awareness initiatives and training content - Act as a representative and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, end users, and leadership - Update and manage the Cybersecurity Training SharePoint sites with current resources and materials - Coordinate training schedules efficiently - Oversee coordination efforts among stakeholders, including executives, technical staff, and end users - Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Government - Adapt and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
