Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Significant focus on Business Analysis with prior project management involvement
- Over 60-70% experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry
- Familiarity with the Real Estate domain or at least capital markets
- Strong experience in requirements management
- Proven proficiency in test execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
- Expertise in data analysis
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, SQL, and MS Project
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Experience working on multi-regional staffing projects
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes and requirements
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
- Collaborate with technical partners to develop efficient and effective solutions
- Validate that the implemented solutions align with the established requirements
- Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technology teams
- Gather business needs using various methods including walkthroughs and use case scenarios
- Draft clear, precise requirements ensuring they are complete, actionable, and understandable
- Support business and technology teams in achieving key deliverables promptly and accurately
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide alternative solutions as necessary
- Investigate operational objectives by analyzing business functions and gathering information
- Collaborate with Agile and Waterfall teams throughout all project phases
