Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 15 years of extensive experience as a .Net Framework developer and in software engineering
- Proficiency in building features and resolving issues within the .Net codebase
- Expertise in designing and developing cloud-hosted applications using C#/.NET
- Knowledge of version control systems, specifically any Git implementation
- Familiarity with Angular 16+, NgRx, and RxJS observables
- Experience translating client requirements into technical designs
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Hands-on knowledge of IT concepts, business operations, design and development tools, and system architecture
- Ability to articulate technical decisions to non-engineers
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred: Any Cloud-related certifications
Responsibilities
- Convert requirements and user stories into functional applications
- Design, build, and uphold efficient, reusable, and dependable applications utilizing JavaScript Frontend Frameworks, C#, .Net, and Object-Oriented techniques
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Participate in software development best practices discussions
- Attend stand-ups, grooming sessions, planning meetings, demos, and retrospectives
- Maintain a consistent work schedule of 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00 AM to 5:00, 5:30, or 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Establish and maintain professional, collaborative working relationships
- Interact effectively and professionally with all management levels, employees, and customers via email, phone, and in-person
- Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor
