Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI sector, focusing on managing projects
- Strong proficiency in business and systems analysis
- Expertise in documentation of business and functional requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
- Ability to recommend solutions and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience in requirements management, test execution, and UAT coordination
- Competency in data analysis and using tools such as JIRA, SQL, and MS Project
- Outstanding communication and client management abilities
- Previous involvement in multi-region staffing projects
- Masters or Engineering degree required
- Minimum of 12 years in a Business Analyst role, preferably within Financial Services (Real Estate or Asset Management experience is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to analyze and document processes and requirements
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Collaborate with technical partners to implement effective solutions
- Confirm that delivered solutions fulfill documented requirements
- Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technology teams
- Gather business needs through methods like walkthroughs, document reviews, and use case scenarios
- Craft clear and concise requirement statements that are complete, consistent, and verifiable
- Assist business and technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key objectives
- Support troubleshooting efforts by providing recommendations and alternative solutions
- Analyze operational objectives by examining business functions and evaluating output requirements
- Work collaboratively with Agile and Waterfall teams during all project phases
