Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of incoming IT support requests and guiding them to resolution
- Diagnosing and addressing technical issues both remotely and in client environments
- Keeping records, updating, and documenting support activities within Autotask PSA
- Setting up and configuring workstations, printers, VoIP phones, and other IT hardware
- Deploying and providing support for network infrastructure, including switches and Wi-Fi access points
- Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Managing and troubleshooting email security and spam filtering systems
- Identifying and resolving network connectivity and Wi-Fi challenges
- Supporting various line-of-business applications utilized by our clients
- Collaborating with fellow technicians and escalating complex issues when necessary
- Keeping clients informed with clear updates and effective communication throughout the ticket resolution process
- Assisting project engineers with system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements

Founded in 2015, our Managed Service Provider delivers IT services, VoIP, cloud solutions, and consulting to a diverse range of businesses in the Eugene-Springfield area.
