Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (An Associates Degree with two additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree)/- ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist/- Over 5 years of experience in development across any ServiceNow module/- More than 5 years in technical solution design, including creating technical documentation/- At least 3 years of experience specifically with the ServiceNow HRSD module/- A minimum of 3 years working in agile teams, with accountability for estimating user stories/- Over 2 years leading technical or development teams/- Agile certification, ideally with SAFe (preferred)/- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration (preferred)/- More than 2 years of experience in building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST) (preferred)/- Minimum of 2 years experience with enterprise design thinking (preferred)/- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory/- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance as per federal government standards/- Pass comprehensive background checks, including criminal, credit, and employment history
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions (70% of the role)/- Design technical solutions and craft the overall technical architecture (20% of the role)/- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues (10% of the role)/- Collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and process consultants to gather business requirements/- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies/- Work alongside team members in an agile environment, promoting clear and effective communication with stakeholders/- Participate in team meetings and provide input on project progression and development strategies

This is a full-time remote position, ideally suited for candidates located in Northern Virginia for occasional on-site collaboration.
