- Facilitate collaboration with users to identify current operational procedures and elaborate on business requirements and necessary technical capabilities. - Conduct analyses of business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. - Understanding of transformation opportunities and methodologies including Process Automation, Design Thinking, and Agile. Experience in database and systems development is advantageous. - Create application processes that enhance efficiency in human-centric business practices. - Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale operations. - Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other accepted data collection methods to assess and analyze current organizational states and systems. - Perform gap analyses between current and targeted states. - Document findings and present recommendations. - Assess whether implemented business processes or IT solutions meet business owner expectations. - Document the benefits, challenges, and workarounds introduced by IT solutions within business workflows. - Engage with project team members to identify potential risks and issues during assessments. - Aggregate data from stakeholders to provide insights, lessons learned, and recommendations to correct issues or develop future requirements. - Evaluate the value of comparing baseline assessment results with post-implementation results to identify realized improvements or shortcomings.
