Responsibilities
- We design and implement network infrastructure, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and security solutions.
- We install and support switching, wireless, and firewall technologies from multiple vendors.
- We configure and deploy VoIP systems.
- We provide technical support for network infrastructure issues involving routing, switching, VPN, wireless, and network access control.
- We guide and support our NOC helpdesk team so they can effectively handle clients day-to-day IT needs.
- We administer and maintain our remote monitoring and management platform, including agent script updates, alert response, dashboard oversight, and periodic reviews.
- We document maintenance activities across all network infrastructure.
- We develop business continuity plans for client environments covering data, telephony, and physical locations.
- We evaluate and apply cybersecurity best practices, policies, and employee awareness initiatives.
- We collaborate closely with the team and communicate effectively across functions.
- We maintain a strong understanding of client businesses and how IT supports their strategic objectives.
- We keep client network records accurate and up to date.
- We ensure documentation in ITGlue remains current.
- We document internal processes and procedures tied to our work.
- We record time accurately in ConnectWise as work is completed.
- We complete ConnectWise training materials and blueprints to understand our internal processes.
- We work assigned project tickets and phases in ConnectWise as directed by the Service Coordinator or Project Manager.
- We enter all service and project work into ConnectWise.
- We stay informed about emerging and future technologies through industry publications and online resources.
- We provide mentoring and training to teammates when needed.

We are looking to add top talent to our team in Missouri for an onsite Network Engineer/Level 3 Support role based in Saint Peters, MO. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually along with a strong benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), 401(k) matching, holiday and paid time off, and health coverage.
