Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT role supporting a manufacturing setting
- Ability to secure or possess US security clearance
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and enterprise software
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, ITAR, or DoD requirements (preferred)
- Proven background in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity
- Adaptability and attention to detail, particularly within military manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support, encompassing cybersecurity defense, network and systems administration, and software deployment
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and resilient for manufacturing and engineering workflows in regulated environments
- Implement and supervise cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive data
- Manage servers and networks while maintaining hardware in industrial and office settings
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide rapid resolution
- Design and secure IT infrastructure across both manufacturing and office environments
- Administer networks, servers, workstations, and industrial IT systems
- Install, configure, and maintain various hardware and manufacturing systems
- Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting efficiently
- Enforce security best practices along with vulnerability management and incident response
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and security teams for secure operations
- Maintain thorough documentation and security controls
- Offer technical support and guidance organization-wide
- Identify prospects for design enhancements and process improvements
