Requirements
Must:
- Approximately 1-5 years of professional experience with C#, .NET, and web development (including internships and co-op for junior candidates)
- Hands-on experience in building production-level applications using C#/.NET and a contemporary front-end framework
- Proficient in working with relational databases, composing SQL, and comprehending how application functionalities align with data models
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply solid object-oriented design principles
- Skilled in navigating technical challenges, such as debugging intricate issues and becoming familiar with unfamiliar aspects of the system
- Judicious in determining when to independently solve problems versus when to seek assistance to maintain progress
- Capability to take a feature from concept through to implementation, testing, and delivery with a level of independence suited to experience
- Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, capable of collaborating successfully within a remote team
- Self-driven, efficient in time management, and responsible for ownership of work from inception to completion
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate implementation of visual and interaction designs
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain both new and existing functionalities within our primary CROW product, addressing both backend and frontend aspects
- Engage in the complete development lifecycle: clarifying requirements, designing solutions, implementing features, performing testing, resolving defects, and supporting builds/releases
- Review and navigate an extensive existing codebase to grasp how components interrelate and address business problems
- Cooperate closely with fellow developers, QA, and product stakeholders within a small, communicative team environment
- Interact directly with clients and end users to gather requirements, comprehend workflows, and provide product support
- Collaborate with QA to replicate, diagnose, and swiftly resolve issues as needed
