Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and the ArcFM Solution Suite
- Proven background in leading GIS architecture strategies for utilities (Electric, Gas, Steam)
- Expertise in data modeling and integration across IT/OT systems
- Strong capability in conducting architecture assessments and technical delivery
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage and optimize large-scale GIS environments
- Familiarity with developing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for implementations
Responsibilities
- Design and drive the enterprise-wide GIS architecture strategy across various utility sectors
- Modernize and optimize large-scale GIS systems, including ArcGIS and ArcFM solutions
- Oversee the technical execution of ongoing projects and enhancement initiatives
- Conduct solution reviews and high-impact consulting engagements for system improvements
- Facilitate workshops and governance forums to align multi-team objectives
- Lead data modeling efforts, including strategies for Utility Network migration
- Implement integration patterns for mission-critical IT and operational technology systems
- Perform health checks and optimize performance of ArcFM environments
- Develop and enhance business process models for operational efficiency
- Guide modernization programs from assessment through to deployment and execution
- Create scalable frameworks and standards for integration across the enterprise
- Provide oversight and governance to ensure alignment with strategic goals
