Requirements
Must:
- Currently enrolled in a technology-focused degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science)
- Experience in setting up or maintaining computer hardware
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Basic understanding of data analytics concepts is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to adhere to a summer work schedule with adjustments for academic commitments
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for assisting end users and resolving issues
- Prior Help Desk experience is beneficial, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in unboxing, imaging, and setting up new PCs
- Support PC deployments and software installations
- Aid end users with workstation relocations and configurations
- Offer help for end-user peripherals such as printers, plotters, and headsets
- Assist with conference room technology and meeting arrangements
- Deliver training to end users for equipment setup and remote usage
- Handle daily Help Desk requests and aid in ticket resolution
- Engage in introductory data analytics tasks, such as basic Excel or Power BI activities and data cleanup
- Support data collection, tagging, or documentation efforts to enhance datasets
- Participate in small-scale AI or automation projects under supervision
- Learn foundational aspects of data governance and responsible AI practices
- Gain exposure to tools within EUAs data ecosystem such as Microsoft 365 and Azure AI features
- Contribute to initiatives that harness data insights for process improvements
Description
At EUA, we are excited to offer several internship opportunities across our Milwaukee office for the upcoming summer season. These full-time positions are designed to run from mid-May or early June through mid-August or early September. Interns will not only contribute to their primary department but will also gain valuable exposure to various facets of our firm.
