Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on Python development skills
- Proficient with LangChain (essential requirement)
- Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.
- Experience in RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) API development using REST / FastAPI
- Cloud experience with AWS / Azure
- Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain Python-based GenAI applications
- Implement LangChain workflows for effective LLM orchestration
- Construct RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases
- Integrate LLMs (like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into applications
- Optimize prompt engineering for better performance, reduced latency, and minimized costs
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and backend development teams
- Assist with production deployments and improvements
