Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline - At least four (4+) years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst - Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship - A strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to solve challenges - Strong ability to collaborate and influence across various teams - Customer-first perspective and an aptitude for translating insights into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

- Own the complete product lifecycle: from design and build to launch, growth, enhancement, and retirement - Act as the subject matter expert regarding product offerings and customer needs - Formulate and adjust product strategies and roadmaps to address changing business requirements - Track performance metrics and continually enhance product results - Convert business needs into clear product specifications and priorities - Educate and empower teams on product functionalities and their real-world applications - Advocate for customer solutions and align with marketing and company objectives - Define the problem to be addressed and assess its value in our digital products - Develop the vision and strategy for product capabilities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and prioritize the product roadmap - Select and prioritize enhancements for the product - Integrate requests and feedback into development processes, engaging in planning, user acceptance testing, and scrums - Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines - Generate new ideas and determine which should be prioritized for development - Assess existing product specifications to ensure alignment with marketing and business objectives - Verify the readiness of products for launch and ensure delivery of valuable solutions utilizing agile methodologies - Monitor key performance indicators against industry benchmarks and company goals - Identify needs through feedback monitoring and usability testing - Stay updated on technical trends and market conditions relevant to our digital products - Pursue improvements in job performance via self-assessment and skill development - Maintain a consistent level of attendance and punctuality - Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned
