Requirements
Must:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Requires a valid, unrestricted Drivers License
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary
- Minimum of 6 months of prior customer service or sales experience (preferably in a retail or customer-facing role)
- Availability to work on weekdays and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in assessing their rental needs both in person and via phone
- Warmly greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner
- Manage all facets of the rental process (including rental counter duties, exit booth functions, walking tickets, return lanes, etc.)
- Provide directions and general assistance to customers
- Evaluate the condition of rentals upon their return
- Process vehicle returns, check-ins, and manage transactions at exit kiosks
- Articulate and clarify rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and additional services
- Promote optional protection products, upgrades, fuel choices, and other supplementary equipment
- Inform Management of any known vehicle issues and necessary maintenance
- Execute miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned

This role involves providing superior customer service to both internal and external clients, primarily through face-to-face interaction, while supporting their branch and rental needs. You will gain essential knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to elevate customer service and manage all rental operations.
