Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday Core HCM
- Proficiency in Workday Payroll
- Experience in Workday integrations
- Skilled in Workday configurations
- Involvement in end-to-end Workday implementations
- Capability to build integrations from scratch
- Comprehensive experience in full development lifecycle
- Background in requirement gathering
- Strong business partner interaction skills
- Experience in maintaining documentation
- Deep domain knowledge in at least one area (Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Workday Pro or Workday Certifications preferred
- Familiarity with at least three Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits
- Knowledge of Workday business processes, core setup, and security framework
- Understanding of Workday data model and corporate system architecture
- Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
- Ability to communicate effectively across various levels
- Strong collaboration skills in a cloud-based multi-tenant system
Responsibilities
- Oversee configuration of complex Workday business processes
- Support troubleshooting of processes with an emphasis on Payroll, Time, and Absence
- Manage Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration and data loads
- Analyze business procedures to ensure optimal utilization of system features
- Work within Sandbox environments to enforce system standards
- Provide ongoing end-user support including change management and training
- Conduct mass data loads using EIBs and test integration inputs and outputs
- Create reports and utilize them for auditing configuration changes
- Maintain change management documentation for audit compliance
- Implement Workdays Implementation Methodology in all projects
- Collaborate with the Workday Architect in defining project scope and planning enhancements
- Keep functional knowledge current across HR systems and drive collaboration
- Maintain and enhance relationships within the Workday Community and User Groups
- Support business partners to improve their Workday knowledge
