Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in solution architecture and Salesforce development
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Background in presales activities and client engagement
- Familiarity with Agentforce (desired)
- Strong understanding of user experience design and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Experience in developing innovative sales strategies and offerings
Responsibilities
- Direct the design and implementation of Salesforce projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate closely with clients to interpret business requirements and create engaging interactive solutions
- Conduct user research and usability tests to inform project direction
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and organizational leadership regarding project status and solutions
- Implement AppExchange products and provide training on configuration tasks
- Guide the development of a growing team and foster mentorship for all levels of professionals
- Work with sales teams to drive new consulting business opportunities
- Coordinate with Tavants Delivery Team to ensure alignment during the sales cycle
- Develop strategies to expand consulting services revenue and attract new clients
- Create and promote new offerings in line with Salesforce objectives
- Network with Salesforce for enhanced visibility and credibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
