Requirements

Must:
- Expertise in Core HR along with experience in one or more of the following areas: Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning or Recruiting. - Preferred experience with OIC. - Minimum of 5 years working as a technical developer on Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations. - Completed a minimum of 2 full implementations of ERP or HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS projects. - In-depth knowledge of the underlying database structures for ERP/HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS. - Outstanding Oracle technical skills, with proficiency in building complex components using PL/SQL and SQL. - Extensive experience with BI Publisher reports, Migration, and Workflow components. - Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal) with thorough attention to detail. - Strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to meeting business objectives and project timelines. - Proven ability to quickly understand new concepts and incorporate innovations while remaining informed about industry trends. - Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role. - Background working in an onshore/offshore delivery model. - Effective team player with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to escalate issues when necessary. - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with high-pressure periods. - Adaptability in supporting new technological developments. - Familiarity with rapid deployment methodologies.

Responsibilities

- Manage deliverables at each stage of the software implementation lifecycle. - Prepare, facilitate, and achieve consensus on the overall global design. - Document the clients current process flows and convey best practices for a more optimal future state. - Tailor the solution to accommodate localizations or specific business unit processes. - Document and secure agreement on client configurations. - Develop a testing strategy to validate the implementation and ensure successful deployment. - Identify and address risks or issues related to assigned tasks, proactively notifying project leadership. - Provide implementation and technical support services. - Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
