Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or deep learning
- Solid understanding of healthcare data and industry practices
- Proven hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or Mistral in real-world applications
- Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with HuggingFace tools and contemporary model-training methodologies
- Expertise in assessing quality of AI outputs, including identifying hallucinations and ensuring reliability and consistency
- Experience in automating evaluation processes, conducting regression tests, or establishing benchmarking pipelines for AI systems
- Capability to work independently, take initiative in problem-solving, and navigate uncertain situations effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for drafting prompts, instructions, technical documentation, and assessment materials
- Experience in optimizing LLM and deep learning workflows on AWS, particularly in model training, GPU utilization, and cost-effective inference deployment
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and enhance large language models and advanced deep learning frameworks
- Create high-quality prompts, guides, and training scenarios to shape model performance
- Design, implement, and sustain orchestration and evaluation workflows for LLM-based systems
- Construct and maintain training pipelines, data sets, and assessment workflows
- Develop and perform functional and automated tests to verify AI outputs and system behavior
- Evaluate model performance, pinpoint failure patterns (such as accuracy issues, hallucinations, and edge cases), and propose advancements
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams, and review partner or vendor contributions, to deploy and iterate on AI features
- Contribute to the continual maintenance and enhancement of existing AI systems
