Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in workflow orchestration for data-driven solutions
- Expertise in enhancing data integration pipelines utilizing ETL tools
- Strong understanding of task dependency tuning and scheduling for scalability
- Proficiency with OpenShift containers and container-based deployments
- Familiarity with Airflow or comparable batch processing tools
- Solid grasp of CI/CD automation and pipeline management
- Capability to spearhead large-scale architecture initiatives and enterprise rollouts
Responsibilities
- Direct multiple scrum teams to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions and architecture
- Manage data preparation tools including Alteryx, RapidMiner, and Tableau Prep
- Design, optimize, and enhance SQL/PL-SQL queries for optimal performance
- Develop and sustain Python-driven solutions for data processing and automation
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines across various environments
- Mentor development teams on best practices for performance optimization and code integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance challenges, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Collaborate in a shared services environment to facilitate cross-functional initiatives
Description
We are looking for a seasoned Data Technology Leader to guide our enterprise-scale data initiatives from our Pennington, NJ location, where you will work three days onsite and two days remotely. This is a 12-month contract position with a strong likelihood of extension. We offer a collaborative environment where you can lead multiple scrum teams, drive innovation in data solutions, and mentor others in the field.
