Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in Amazon Connect
- Proven experience in configuring and setting up Amazon Connect
- Extensive background in contact center operations
- Proficient in voice technologies
- In-depth knowledge and daily use of Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Integration experience is highly advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with other scripting languages is a plus
