Requirements
Must:
- 4-7+ years of experience in technical support for desktop hardware/software
- Proven experience in managing service requests
- At least 2 years of experience in setting up and maintaining A/V equipment
- Familiarity with system administration for Mac and Microsoft systems (preferred)
- Experience in providing desktop support for electric utility clients (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced Tier 1/2 support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications
- Conduct ticket triage and system monitoring
- Handle desktop installations and troubleshoot issues using tools like Active Directory and managed services
- Execute user and systems administration tasks and support A/V and Exchange calendar setups
- Ensure prompt responses to service requests while overseeing and maintaining IT systems
- Create and manage knowledgebase articles and document support procedures
- Engage in training and certification efforts to meet IT quality standards and improve service delivery
