Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Services
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Proficient in Azure AD B2B implementations
- Ability to design and execute proof-of-concepts
- Familiarity with quality assurance in IAM artifacts
- Knowledge of architectural standards and principles
- Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Understanding of Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI)
- Competent in PowerShell scripting for AD/Azure
- Experience managing Active Directory changes, escalations, and incidents
- Strong collaboration skills with global teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Directory Services (AD/AAD)
- Execute and lead AD/AAD engineering projects
- Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards for IAM artifacts
- Architect and maintain IAM processes and metrics
- Provide feedback on IAM engineering methodologies
- Manage and deliver a stable, secure Directory Services environment
- Participate in testing for performance and disaster recovery
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to integrate new security technologies
- Design and implement solutions like MFA, Conditional Access, and Azure AD B2B
- Administer the Active Directory structure and manage user accounts
- Work with Azure AD Connect and handle deployments and configurations
