Must:
- Proven experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online
- Advanced skills in dashboard design and data storytelling
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas)
- Expertise in SQL, including advanced queries and optimization
- Strong understanding of Tableau performance tuning
- Familiarity with various data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Redshift
- Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or Alteryx preferred
- Knowledge of Tableau security, governance, and permissions management
- Integration experience with Python or R is a plus
- Excellent business analysis and data insight skills
- Ability to communicate data stories effectively
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior developers
Responsibilities

- Convert business requirements into effective analytical solutions
- Prepare and model data for Business Intelligence reporting

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to drive success
