Requirements
Must:
- 10-15 years of experience in QA engineering, including team leadership
- Extensive knowledge in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Experience with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Solid grasp of software development, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of API testing, performance testing, and security testing concepts
- Proficient with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred)
- ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML testing or data-heavy applications (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall QA strategy, frameworks, and standards
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of QA engineers, including manual, automation, and performance specialists
- Design, implement, and enhance automation frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to guarantee high-quality software releases
- Perform root-cause analyses on defects and establish corrective and preventive measures
- Advocate for process improvements utilizing Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and shift-left testing methodologies
