Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Several years of experience in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions or similar architectural roles
- Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (or equivalent) are advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture design principles and Azure services
- Strong familiarity with Azure infrastructure components like Virtual Networks, Storage, Identity, Compute, and Security
- Experience with hybrid cloud integration and migration strategies
- Understanding of identity management (Azure Active Directory) and security services
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM templates), and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub)
- Experience in performance analysis, capacity planning, and cost optimization
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive end-to-end cloud solutions on Azure that adhere to performance, security, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards
- Develop high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, documentation, guidelines, and design artifacts
- Select and suggest suitable Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) based on the organizations needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate cloud strategies, roadmaps, and adoption plans in alignment with enterprise objectives
- Evaluate existing infrastructure to propose improvements, migrations, or enhancements
- Guide development and operations teams during the implementation of Azure cloud solutions
- Facilitate integration with on-premises systems, hybrid environments, and third-party solutions as necessary
- Implement cloud governance frameworks, security protocols (identity, access control, encryption), and compliance measures
- Ensure architectural designs comply with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines
