Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (AKS).
- Understanding of CI/CD principles, DevOps best practices, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
- Comprehension of networking, security, and identity management within Azure.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
- Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305) are preferred.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud infrastructures is a plus.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
- Automate the build, testing, and deployment procedures for applications and services.
- Provision and maintain Azure infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Monitor, identify issues, and enhance application performance and cloud resources within Azure.
- Implement security best practices focusing on secrets management, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance policies.
- Manage source control repositories (Git), ensuring adherence to branching, merging, and code review processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to facilitate seamless deployments and stable environments.
- Configure and manage Azure services including App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, and Azure SQL.
- Establish logging, monitoring, and alert systems through Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Conduct system upgrades, apply patches, and maintain the environment.
- Document DevOps workflows, architectures, and operational methodologies.
