Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics Technology, IT Management or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Proficiency in configuring and developing FSM and EAM modules in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP
- Familiarity with disciplined software release build/deploy processes
- Experience integrating with internal and external applications
- Understanding of cross-browser and platform compatibility requirements
- Skills in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and effective web design practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience in designing, developing, and supporting web-based applications and websites
- Capability to interface with Java/J2EE backend technologies
- Capacity to manage multiple overlapping projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ServiceNow Admin and Developer certification preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow system to meet specific business needs
- Build service requests based on customer requirements, including request items and tasks, to facilitate data management from customers to support teams
- Utilize scripting tools and ServiceNow functions to automate repetitive tasks
- Carry out integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
- Gather specifications from the IT department to produce solutions that meet outlined needs
- Create documentation for requirements definitions and technical specifications
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Collaborate with IT managers to generate necessary views and reports
- Analyze user requirements and existing procedures to enhance system capabilities, streamline workflows, and address scheduling challenges
- Conduct system and integration testing with sample and production data
- Monitor application health, usage, and compliance
