Requirements
Must:
- I have over 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture or solutions design, ideally in rapidly growing environments.
- I possess strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom CRM implementations).
- I have experience with CRM integrations (such as Talkdesk, CallTrackingMetrics, Zapier, Twilio, etc.).
- I have a proven history of optimizing lead flows, service operations, and reporting ecosystems.
- I am skilled in translating business requirements into clean, efficient, and scalable system architectures.
- I have experience with APIs, data modeling, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- I will architect and maintain scalable CRM solutions (mainly Salesforce) across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient, automated processes that align with business objectives.
- I will proactively identify and resolve integration and data challenges across systems and teams.
- I will translate high-level strategic goals into actionable system designs.
- I will create documentation and process flows to support adoption, scalability, and troubleshooting.
- I will lead technical assessments and solution selections for new business requirements.

In this role, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, particularly focusing on Salesforce and CRM architecture. Working closely with innovative leadership, you will help craft the digital foundation of a company that is transforming the energy and sustainability landscape.
