Requirements

Must:
- High school diploma required - Level C: 0-2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent - Level B: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent - Level A: 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent - Level 1 certification from the Vibration Institute - Proficient in using and applying vibration data acquisition tools and software, such as CSI - Basic understanding of predictive techniques, including thermography, lube oil analysis, and reciprocating compressor performance testing - Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to interpret and analyze data - Experience with online monitoring systems and Bentley Nevada systems - Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a vibration analysis program, including equipment routes and frequency - Familiarize with and analyze reciprocating engine and compressor performance as needed - Establish a lube oil analysis program with defined routes and frequencies - Conduct monthly data acquisition from rotating equipment, such as vibration data and lube oil samples - Analyze data to identify or preemptively address equipment failures - Lead or assist with root cause failure analyses - Implement continuous monitoring systems, including alarms and reports, with established routes and frequencies - Oversee and schedule repair notifications and follow-ups - Monitor field and shop equipment repairs - Document equipment deficiencies in the EAM system and recommend corrective actions - Collaborate with Maintenance/Reliability Specialists, engineers, and supervisors to prioritize issues and promote continuous improvement - Support the lubrication program by evaluating its effectiveness and taking corrective actions when necessary - Perform additional duties related to maintaining the reliability of plant rotating equipment
