Senior Inventory Specialist

- Inspect inventory and incoming/outgoing project materials to ensure quality and recommend actions for non-conforming materials - Develop, review, and enhance existing Materials Management processes and procedures - Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to ensure compliance with Materials Management Guidelines - Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to set appropriate inventory levels for upcoming projects and emergencies - Provide suitable replacement materials in emergency situations working with Operations and Procurement - Conduct annual inventory cycle counts at warehouses and pipe yards - Submit material transfers for processing - Generate inventory requisitions using SAP-MM - Provide backup support for warehouses as needed - Assist in managing daily warehouse operations - Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to resolve shipping discrepancies and damages - Work on scheduling pickups and deliveries with Procurement and Logistics - Provide Load Out assistance for projects - Report daily receipts of procured materials to the Document Controls group - Perform heavy manual labor, including loading and unloading materials using hand trucks, dollies, or forklifts - Be on-call for after-hours support - Gather and provide information for annual budget preparations - Deliver SAP requisitioning training and support when necessary - Handle special projects and reporting as required - Adhere to all Safety Procedures and maintain a safe working environment
