Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in end-user support
- Comprehensive knowledge and skills across various IT disciplines
- Ability and willingness to travel for end-user support, including meeting attendance
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one
- Extensive familiarity with audio/visual technologies
- Proficient in cellular technology (both Apple and Android)
- Understanding of network architecture and server interrelations
- Knowledge of telephony systems, including VOIP
- Proficiency in iOS, Android, and Windows platforms
- Acquainted with security technologies including biometric and magnetic systems
- Solid understanding of Cyber Security principles and implications
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities alongside business presentation skills
- Trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Resolve intricate technical challenges requiring extensive IT systems and infrastructure knowledge
- Diagnose technical issues, ascertain root causes, and devise effective solutions
- Oversee the escalation of complicated problems to the relevant teams or personnel
- Assist users in comprehending IT security protocols and offer simple, compliant solutions
- Collaborate with corporate services and IT teams to develop and recommend user-friendly A/V setups
- Act as the technical lead on refresh initiatives, planning work schedules, and ensuring timely equipment management
- Communicate effectively with end-users, providing updates, solutions, and managing expectations
- Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting a teamwork-oriented environment
