Senior Engineer - Major Projects

- Oversee large-scale Cryogenic Gas Processing and treatment plant projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timelines - Manage the complete project lifecycle for growth capital initiatives, including scope and design development, AFE submissions, material procurement, execution oversight, commissioning, and project closure - Support the drafting and development of construction agreements - Collaborate with and direct Construction Group members during construction and inspection phases - Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget to fulfill commercial obligations - Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including operational teams, cost control, project planning, and contractors during project execution - Engage in Process Safety Management (PSM) activities for growth projects, developing and implementing PSM tasks such as design reviews, PHAs, LOPAs, MOCs, and training - Carry out technical evaluations of designs, drawings, and related studies - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (including safety, environmental, and DOT) and uphold internal policies and procedures - Collaborate with senior process engineers to develop projects adhering to engineering standards, code compliance, and safety protocols - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management expertise and skills - Mentor and train junior project engineers to enhance their project engineering and management capabilities
