Senior Analyst - Measurement

- Monitor and analyze incoming volume and quality data, making necessary adjustments for accuracy - Collaborate with the SCADA support team, communication technicians, measurement technicians, and external clients to resolve data discrepancies - Estimate and edit missing custody transfer data under the guidance of Senior or Lead Analysts - Review time-sensitive volume or mass data from meters to identify and rectify erroneous information - Set up new meters in the measurement system per contractual obligations and SCADA reports - Use historical data and system validation rules to assess gas chromatograph and sample analysis data - Generate, compile, and distribute various reports for evaluating measurement data accuracy - Evaluate incoming third-party measurement data, ensuring alignment with check measurements - Troubleshoot physical pipeline L&U balances using information from pipeline operations and measurement teams - Assess incoming meter test data to determine if period adjustments are needed and implement corrections as directed - Execute Prior Period Adjustments with the guidance of Senior Analysts, ensuring compliance with SOX controls - Maintain comprehensive records of all modifications and system changes for compliance verification - Nurture relationships with third-party customers
