Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Collaborative team player with proven collaboration skills
- Minimum of 10 years experience in application support
- Solid understanding of Physical (Oil, NGLs, Refined Products) and Financial commodities
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience using ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of data flow in RightAngle, from Deal Capture to Settlements
- Ability to create complex pricing provisions and report views
- Competence in testing business scenarios in RightAngle, from deal capture to invoicing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality
- Relevant experience must align with the selected job level requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with end-users, developers, and managers to provide support for RightAngle
- Document technical issues and enhancements in detail for the development team
- Address inquiries from end-users and assist in resolving data-related issues
- Develop and maintain system functional design documentation
- Conduct analysis, testing, and deployment of RightAngle system upgrades and custom code
- Adhere to established change management procedures and internal guidelines
- Be available for after-hours support during critical business situations and for scheduled tasks
- Contribute to a best practice library and mentor team members
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements and proper communication across the organization.

We are seeking a Principal Specialist in IT ETRM Systems who will be pivotal in supporting the ION RightAngle application and its integrations.
