Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Over 10 years of experience in application support
- Deep understanding of Physical (Oil, NGLs, Refined Products) and Financial commodities
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database principles
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes like Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Understanding of front to back-office system data flow in RightAngle, including Deal Capture, Contract Management, Lease Center, Credit, Risk, Scheduling, Inventory, and Settlements
- Ability to create detailed pricing provisions and reporting views
- Proficient in testing business scenarios in RightAngle from deal capture to invoicing
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently on multiple tasks, managing time effectively under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Engage daily with end-users, developers, and management to support and enhance the RightAngle application
- Document issues and enhancements thoroughly for the development team to address technical problems and devise solutions
- Respond to user inquiries and assist with data-related issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system functional design documentation
- Conduct analysis, testing, and deployment for RightAngle system upgrades, patches, and custom code implementations
- Adhere to established change management procedures and internal protocols
- Be available to support after-hours critical business situations and scheduled tasks
- Contribute to a best practices library and mentor fellow team members
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements is consistently met
- Maintain effective communication across all organizational levels
