Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related discipline
- Experience in application support for RightAngle
- Proficient in SQL server scripts and stored procedures
- Strong leadership capability alongside advanced analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated success in driving projects, yielding results, and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in commodity trading and risk management
- Proven history of troubleshooting various systems, particularly RightAngle
- Ability to develop customizations and enhancements for the RightAngle system utilizing T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net)
- 8+ years of experience in development and support of RightAngle (.Net)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical and functional support to key business users and offer project assistance for applications, both vendor and custom-developed
- Collaborate with functional leads to formulate plans and synchronize work across all business functions
- Organize and lead meetings, documenting significant decisions, risks, and issues
- Operate effectively with minimal oversight, maintaining ownership over specific systems or business users and overseeing communications between business and IT
- Support and maintain RightAngle, including outbound/inbound interfaces and web services
- Create SQL scripts for troubleshooting and report generation
- This position is based in Dallas, Houston, or Newtown Square, PA
